Each product sold on the Shells website has an estimated delivery time. We endeavour to deliver to the times specified, however on rare occasions, delays may occur which are outside of our control.
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas time (the six weeks before Christmas), shipping may take longer. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
For Christmas 2025, last orders for nationwide shipping in Ireland is Dec 19th. Click & Collect is available right up until Christmas Eve, but do get orders in early to avoid disappointment.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For orders within Ireland, we use a reliable, efficient and trackable service provided by courier company DPD.
Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, Gift cards, Cosmetics, Earrings and Custom orders cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
